Lead Line Cook

We are hiring a lead line cook. Responsibilities include cooking, prep, dishes, taking inventory, and ordering. Will need to be able to delegate tasks to our kitchen team as well. Minimum two years of experience required. Hours will be split between our farmers' market booth and our food truck. The ability to drive the food truck is a plus but not necessary. You will need to be able to help drive our farmersmarket set up supplies on certain days. 30-40 hours a week. If you are a hardworking, fun & high-energy individual, you will be a great fit for our growingteam.

We are a food truck called the Drippin' Kitchen in north county. We do gourmet grilled cheese and killer sandwiches on locally baked. bread. We do farmers' markets, events, festivals, and also operate the truck by the beach in Carlsbad. We are a fast-growing company and there is a lot of room for growth.
