Pick and Pack Associate

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Pick & Pack Associates to join our warehouse team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products, packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.

• Check items for accuracy, quality, and quantity.

• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.

• Print and attach shipping labels and documentation.

• Sort and organize inventory in designated locations.

• Receive, move, and store products as needed.

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments.

• Keep the warehouse and packing area clean and organized.

• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience is a plus.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

• Basic ability to read and follow written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move packages and merchandise.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to perform repetitive picking and packing tasks.
