Modern Display is a really fun place to work. Our retail store is known for our home dcor, seasonal dcor, holiday dcor, and especially our Christmas dcor. We are looking for someone withsalesexperience to help in our retail store and also havesome creativity and design skills.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Customer Service
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Keep showroom stocked and looking good
- Work with our lead designer to help with overall look and feel of the showroom
- Help customers find what they are looking for, help with looks and ideas when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of excel, word, publisher... do not need to be an expert
- Enjoy talking to and helping people
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time

- Handle stress well
