Laborer

Looking for skilled, hardworking, motivated Laborer. In search for someone that is mechanically inclined to operate various types of equipment and perform manual labor. This is a physical position working in all types of weather conditions.

The qualities that we are looking for are punctuality, a team player, honesty, and most of all, a hard worker. Someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and can easily adapt to everyday changing situations in wet and loud working conditions

These daily operations are very physical, so the ideal laborer will have to conduct strenuous and physically demanding tasks.

Skills and Abilities:

• Be able to perform manual labor, shovel work, and operate power tools.
• Assist machine operators with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Good attendance
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team, as well as independently.
• Be responsible for production output and product quality.
• This position is performed in all weather conditions out in the elements, and inside a building.
• The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
• Lifting and carrying weights sometimes in the excess of 50 pounds
• There is a lot of walking, climbing, bending/twisting, crouch/crawl, and push/pull required.
