Required skills:
Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO BW 5.x.
Implement messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS.
Develop and optimize SOAP/REST-based web services, XML/JSON transformations, and adapters.
Integrate with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), enterprise applications, and legacy systems.
Design and implement error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions.
Work closely with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and provide root cause analysis.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and follow DevOps best practices
Nice to have skills:
Nice to have skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of API Gateways, microservices architecture, and security standards (OAuth2, SSL, certificates).
Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Dynatrace and Grafana).
