Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong diagnostic skills and a passion for automotive repair.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in a wide range of vehicles.
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, adhering to industry standards.
- Communicate effectively to explain diagnoses, repairs, and costs.
- Ensure all work meets shop safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and labor.
- Assist with inventory management and shop operations as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician, with proven expertise in vehicle diagnostics and repair.
- Strong ability to diagnose complex automotive issues, including engine, transmission, electrical, and computer systems.
- ASE certifications (preferred but not required).
- Must have your own tools.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work efficiently in a family-oriented, team-driven environment.
