Night Staff

About the Role:

The Night Staff position is critical to ensuring the smooth and secure operation of facilities during overnight hours. This role involves monitoring premises, responding promptly to any incidents, and maintaining a safe environment for all occupants. The Night Staff will serve as the primary point of contact during the night, managing routine checks and addressing any maintenance or security concerns that arise. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and remain alert throughout the shift.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, facilities management, or a related field.
• Certification in first aid or CPR.
