At Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division (New Castle, PA), we’re looking for a Senior Lathe Setup & Tolerance Machinist who can independently own setups on manual and CNC lathes and reliably hit ±0.002”. If blueprint reading, GD&T, and meticulous inspection are your strengths, you’ll feel right at home.
Why this role matters
Our customers count on us for mission-critical components. Your expertise in tooling selection, program edits, and in-process verification keeps production flowing and quality uncompromised.
What you’ll take on
- Translate drawings and GD&T into actionable setups, including workholding and toolpaths.
- Install and secure cutting tools, chucks, centers, and fixtures with precision.
- Hoist and locate workpieces; indicate and clamp to required datums.
- Set RPM, feed, and DOC; position tools for rough/finish operations; engage feeds and handwheel controls.
- Manage coolant flow; watch for wear, chatter, and machine anomalies.
- Inspect features with gauges, micrometers, and other metrology to verify conformance.
- Lay out reference lines and calculate missing dimensions or offsets.
- Operate a forklift to move raw and finished materials.
When you’ll work
- Second Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. (primary)
- Third Shift: Sunday night–Friday morning, 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. (primary)
- Potential to move to four 10-hour shifts after training, depending on department needs
- Overtime as required to meet delivery timelines

What you bring
- 5+ years on Manual and/or CNC lathes with full setups
- Documented ability to hold ±0.002”
- Strong blueprint literacy and GD&T comprehension
- Hands-on proficiency with precision measurement and inspection
- Independent problem-solver who selects tooling and verifies quality without hand-holding
- Score of 80%+ on our machining test
