Shift Leader

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join ourteam!You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise workers
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel toensure optimalefficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Prep and prepare food and smoothies and assure customer satisfaction
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
