Business Services Consultant

The Business Consultant plays a key role in the success of the Business Services division of CWI. The focus is to improve employers' access to qualified workers and to increase employer awareness of available resources, including technical workforce development assistance. In this position, the Business Consultant meets with businesses, determines their talent needs, and then develops and presents proposals that position the value of our resources and services. The Business Consultant must secure commitments from the employer to pay for services or to expend resources we have available through grant funding. The services provided by this position to businesses are flexible and multi-faceted and are available to identify various outside partners that assist in building and brokering our regional workforce system.
