Experienced Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager who has led residential/ADU builds in the Bay Area - someone who has handled job sites, coordinated vendors, managed change orders and ensured successful permit to turnover delivery.

The Opportunity As our Experienced Project Manager, you'll orchestrate the transformation of residential properties across the Bay Area, leading multiple prefab ADU projects from concept to completion while mentoring junior team members.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 + Performance Bonuses

Location: Campbell, CA + Greater Bay Area (In-person)

• You'll be the driving force behind our mission to revolutionize housing through innovative prefab construction:
• Direct Project Oversight of multiple simultaneous ADU builds, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction
• Strategic Problem-Solving to navigate challenges across permitting, construction, and client expectations
• Team Development by mentoring junior project managers and creating systems for company-wide excellence
• Industry Advancement through implementing cutting-edge prefab construction methods that redefine housing solutions

What You'll Orchestrate:

• Manage multiple prefab ADU projects simultaneously from planning through completion
• Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet exacting specifications and timelines
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and personnel to create seamless execution
• Proactively resolve construction challenges with innovative solutions
• Conduct comprehensive inspections for compliance with plans and building codes
• Track project schedules and budgets with meticulous attention to detail
• Build strong relationships with city officials for permitting and regulatory approvals
• Maintain exceptional communication with clients throughout their ADU journey

Your Expertise & Experience:

• 7+ years in project management, preferably in single-family residential construction
• Proven success managing contractors, complex schedules, and project deliverables
• Exceptional leadership and strategic problem-solving abilities
• Masterful communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders
• Experience navigating city permitting and inspection processes
• Unwavering commitment to quality and performance excellence
• Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Valid driver's license with clean record for site visits
• Background check and drug screening qualification
