Pay: $28.00 per hour (Plus up to 7% in shift differential bonus pay)

Schedule: Full-time | Day & Night shifts available (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday)

We're looking for disciplined, mission-driven Level 3 Vehicle Operators to join an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company and help turn the vision of self-driving transportation into reality.

You won't just be driving. You'll be the ultimate brand ambassador and a critical human feedback loop, collaborating directly with teams across computer vision, infrastructure, sound design, vehicle engineering, and strategy to make this technology safer and smarter every single day.

What your day looks like:

Drive & Test: Operate autonomous test vehicles (4–8 hours/day) with an uncompromised focus on safety, performing basic software operations and onboard tests.

Bridge Tech & Ops: Deliver clear, detailed written and oral feedback directly to engineering teams to troubleshoot and refine vehicle performance.

Maintain Readiness: Perform daily preventative maintenance checks, minor repairs, vehicle logistics, and keep workspace and vehicles pristine.

Support the Mission: Pitch in on various roles in and out of the vehicle, managing operational documentation, tracking metrics, and moving equipment.

What we're looking for:

Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license, excellent driving history, and no criminal history.

Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface with engineers and represent the brand publicly.

Tech-Savvy & Disciplined: Comfortable with basic software operation, technology troubleshooting, and maintaining high operational discipline.

Stamina & Mindset: Ability to drive comfortably for long stretches (up to 6+ hours/day) with a proactive, resourceful, team-first attitude.

Nice to have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent technical experience
• Hands-on mechanical inclination or basic vehicle maintenance skills

• Shift Differential Bonuses: Earn +5%/hr for weekend shifts, +2%/hr for night shifts starting after 1:00 PM, or +7%/hr total for weekend night shifts!

• Shift Options: Day Shift (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM) or Night Shift (3:45 PM – 12:15 AM) on consistent 5-day schedules (Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu).
