Job Description

Absolute Construction, Inc. is a large installation company doing business with The Home Depot, the largest home improvement retailer in the world. We're currently seeking an experienced Sales Consultant for our company. This position provides in homes sales consultations, prepares estimates and design recommendations, and offers products based on customer needs. Sales leads are generated by our relationship with a leading home improvement store chain. Compensation is a generous 100% commission plan.

Responsibilities:

• Meets with customers to validate kitchen or bath measurements and remodel projects, providing on-site customer service
• Integrate findings with experience and make appropriate recommendations
• Prepares estimates of all installation/product costs, in addition to selling and closing the job at the clients home or business
• Time management to allow completion of bids and drawings
• Handle all escalations to full resolution

Job Requirements

• Strong math, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Team player and customer focused
• Experience in MS Word and Excel
• Experience with 20/20 CAD software or similar design software desired
• 2 Years minimum kitchen/bath industry knowledge
• Experience in a direct customer sales position
• Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record
