General Laborer

We are hiring general laborers to join our growing team. The role involves physical tasks including operating various equipment such as hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime paid for hours exceeding 40 per week. Paid vacation is available after the probationary period. You will work closely with a small team of 2-5 members in a physically demanding environment that requires regular heavy lifting. Must be able to work in inclement weather. Room for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform manual labor tasks including heavy lifting (over 50 lbs) daily
• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with a small team to ensure project completion
