Creative Assistant & Customer Care

Part-time position with potential to become full-time as Impact PBS continues to grow and our workload increases. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team.

This position combines creative support and customer care, with the primary focus on supporting our Creative Lead with digital proofs and helping provide excellent customer service. You will learn a little bit of everything as you become familiar with our products, processes, and how our team serves our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing digital proofs for customers.
• Support with phones and customer inquiries, including questions about products, ordering, shipping, turnaround times, and general information.
• Build positive, lasting relationships with customers through friendly, thoughtful service.
• Provide light general office support.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
• Is friendly and personable, communicates clearly and professionally, and takes pride in the quality of their work and the customer experience they provide.
• Is dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
• Understands the urgency of a busy production environment and is adaptable and flexible, with an understanding that priorities can shift as production needs change.
• Takes initiative, follows through, and is willing to step in where needed.
