Food Production Manager

Parish Foods is actively seeking a food production manager for immediate hire. The applicant will be in charge of reviewing the daily production schedule with the team anddiligently following recipes and processing instructions. You will be participating in building sauce, spice and batter batches along with leading other team members. Maintaining and setting up the equipment, processing line andmixing equipment is a crucial daily task. The Production Manager will also oversee and performclean up and sanitation of the work areas and equipment. The Production Manager will be required to monitor inventory, fulfill purchase orders, meet demanding timelines and pivot to adapt to multiple task at hand. Applicant must also be able to lift 30-50lb containers and bags throughout the day. If applicant has a positive attitude and willingness to learn we will train on the job for all task.Typical days and hours are Mon-Fri 6:30am-5pm
