Job Title:Technical Support Specialist
Location: Princeton, NJ(Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 Months

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
Must Have

  • 2+ years of technical support and customer service experience over the phone, chat, and email.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Strong Preference

  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and TCP/IP networking.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure, or LDAP.
  • Experience working in higher education
  • Experience with second factor or MFA
  • Experience with Gmail and Microsoft 365 email
  • Experience with VPNs and network connection issues
