We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery and facility equipment. This is a great opportunity for a mechanically skilled professional who enjoys diagnosing problems, working with tools, and keeping manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide daily maintenance support to the manufacturing floor.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machines and other production equipment.
  • Clean and maintain CNC coolant tanks to help prevent equipment issues and extend machine life.
  • Diagnose and repair assembly and deburring equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems throughout the facility.
  • Perform basic plumbing repairs, including leaks, drains, and fixtures.
  • Support facility maintenance, including lighting and general repairs.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve problems.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation.
  • Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities and help maintain a safe workplace.
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs using basic computer systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in mechanical maintenance is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience maintaining CNC machinery or manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation.
  • Forklift certification preferred/required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a production team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
  • Must meet any applicable U.S. government export-control authorization requirements.

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on manufacturing position. Candidates should be comfortable with:

  • Lifting and moving heavy equipment or materials.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Working around manufacturing machinery.
  • Working at heights and in confined spaces when required.
  • Working in a variety of shop and facility conditions.
