Position Overview

We're looking for motivated, personable, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level B2B Sales Representatives. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales, develop real business skills, and grow into leadership. You’ll work directly with local businesses, meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers, and help them find telecom solutions that fit their needs.

No prior sales experience is required we provide comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you build the skills you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Own a local territory and connect with new and existing business customers in person to provide telecom solutions
  • Conduct face-to-face visits with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs
  • Answer questions and provide information about our products and services
  • Support customer accounts and help maintain positive, long-term relationships
  • Follow up with business clients to make sure they have what they need
  • Work with the team to ensure customers have a smooth experience
  • Keep CRM and account notes up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Sales, retail, hospitality, door-to-door, or any face-to-face people-focused experience is a strong plus (not required)
  • College students, recent graduates, and career-changers are welcomed
  • Comfortable communicating in a clear, friendly, and professional way
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
  • Well organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Reliable transportation for daily territory work
