Job Title: Production Test Technician I
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Conpany
Location: Waltham, MA
Duration: 6 months
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly of analyzers.
- Calibrate electronic devices according to customer orders.
- Use hand tools and test equipment.
- Follow documented procedures and quality standards.
- Complete work orders on schedule and meet standard time.
- Identify and report nonconforming products/materials and safety issues.
- Record labor time accurately in the MRP system.
- Maintain work area according to 6S/Lean standards.
- Support multiple areas within the department as needed.
Required Skills
- Manual dexterity and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities.
- Good verbal communication and teamwork.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 0–2 years of related experience typically required.
- Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
