Volt is immediately hiring a1st Shift Medical Device Quality Technician / Inspector for a leading medical device manufacturing company in Seattle, WA (98109).

As a Quality Technician / Inspector you will:

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on mechanical, electrical, PCB, and electromechanical components.
  • Inspect products against engineering drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards.
  • Verify product configurations, labeling, serial numbers, traceability, and manufacturing records.
  • Use inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, microscopes, gauges, and inspection fixtures.
  • Support calibration activities, audits, quality documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a Full Time, temp to hire opportunity.

Pay: $27-$31/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Experience using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes.
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifiactions:

  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA.
  • IPC-A-610 certification or PCB inspection experience
