Masker – Entry-Level Production
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA 92656
Pay: $19.00/hour
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Temp - to - Hire - $1 pay increase once converted to permanent
Job Description
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Maskers to join our production team. This is an entry-level position with training provided.
You will work primarily at a workstation handling small electronic components, circuit boards, and customer parts. You will apply and remove masking materials before and after the Parylene coating process, following detailed work instructions and drawings.
Requirements
No previous masking or Parylene experience required training provided
Good hand dexterity and steady hands
Good eyesight and ability to recognize colors
Strong attention to detail and patience
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Comfortable performing repetitive, precise work
Previous assembly, manufacturing, electronics, or small-parts experience is a plus
Must be able to speak, read, and understand instructions in English
