We are seeking a dependable and patient Paraprofessional to support elementary students in grades K–5 throughout the school day. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with children and wants to make a meaningful impact in a school setting.
The paraprofessional will work alongside classroom teachers and special education staff to provide individualized support based on each student’s needs. Day-to-day responsibilities may include helping students stay engaged during classroom instruction, reinforcing academic skills, assisting with assignments and small-group activities, supporting transitions between classrooms and activities, and providing encouragement and redirection when students need additional support.
The role may also involve helping students develop social, emotional, behavioral, and independent living skills, supporting positive peer interactions, and assisting students who may have difficulty with attention, communication, regulation, or classroom routines. Paraprofessionals will collaborate with teachers and the special education team to maintain a structured, supportive learning environment.
Pay is $17/hour.
This is a full-time K–5 position for the 2026–2027 school year.
