Position: Property Inspector Trainee - Canvass neighborhoods, identify roofing needs, and schedule inspection appointments. No Selling, No Climbing Ladders, No Roof Inspections!
Responsibilities
• Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with potential roof damage
• Schedule basic roof inspections (training provided)
• Meet with homeowners and discuss roofing solutions and insurance claims
• Conduct inspections and generate sales opportunities
Requirements:
• Previous sales or canvassing experience
• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
• Reliable transportation (car or truck)
Compensation
• Earn $75,000 to $125,000
