Job Description
This role focuses on operating CNC machinery in a new machine shop environment, preparing machines for production, loading materials, and overseeing machining operations. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient production while performing basic inspection of parts to maintain quality standards.

Work Environment
You will work in a new machine shop as part of a small production team of approximately 2–3 people. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The environment emphasizes safety, including the requirement to wear closed-toe shoes. The setting is collaborative yet offers substantial autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of your work while contributing to a close-knit team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $72800.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
