Job Title: Warehouse Technician – Supply Store
Job Description
This role supports a busy HVAC and heating supply warehouse by safely operating a stand-up forklift and other material handling equipment to move, stock, and pick inventory. You will handle inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure products are stored and retrieved efficiently from warehouse racks, including using rolling ladders for items stored above six feet. The position requires attention to safety, accuracy, and cleanliness, as well as flexibility to support overtime and weekend work as needed.

Work Environment
The position is based in a supply warehouse that serves the HVAC and heating industry, handling parts, units, and related materials. You will work around warehouse racking systems, pallets, and material handling equipment, including a stand-up forklift and rolling ladders. The work involves regular physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving products throughout the shift. The environment is fast-paced and operationally focused, with an emphasis on safety, organization, and keeping aisles and work areas clear. Work hours follow typical warehouse operations, with the expectation of overtime and weekend shifts when business demands increase. Dress is practical and appropriate for a warehouse setting, suitable for operating equipment and performing manual tasks. Monday - Friday 7am - 430pm

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
