Our firm is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an empathetic, experienced civil litigation attorney to help our clients find justice and compensation for their legal issues. You'll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals.

ResponsibilitiesPerform research on case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the caseServe as legal counsel on the clients' behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigationArrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients' behalf when appropriateCommunicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather informationOversee Civil Litigation case files from beginning to endMaintain updated status documentation of all case files in the case management systemAssess potential claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordinglyReview, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents

QualificationsState Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatoryRequires a bachelor's degree and a J.D. degreeComputer proficiency is essentialSuperior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued
