LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Washington DC, is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Secretary to join their team.

This position is hybrid - 3 days in office.

Responsibilities:

· Drafting legal documents and correspondence

· Maintaining files

· Assisting with setup for new trademark prosecution and trademark litigation matters

· Managing calendars

· Scheduling meetings and depositions

· Entering attorney time

· Submitting expenses

· Assisting with invoicing

· Corresponding with clients

· Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

· 5+ years of recent law firm secretarial experience required

· Ability to meet or exceed docketing quality and quantity standards

· Strong MS Office and technology knowledge

· Excellent communication skills

· Very organized

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $92,000-$126,500 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
