Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to support staffing efforts for a legal organization based in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This contract position will lead recruiting activity from initial intake through offer stage, with a strong emphasis on sourcing experienced talent and managing multiple openings efficiently. The ideal Recruiter candidate brings a proactive approach to corporate recruiting, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain an organized applicant tracking process in a fast-paced environment.

What you get to do every single day:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from kickoff discussions with hiring leaders through offer coordination and candidate communication.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines by using targeted sourcing strategies across job boards, industry networks, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify position needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide guidance on market availability and hiring timelines.

• Screen applicants to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit before advancing candidates through the interview process.

• Coordinate interviews and keep all stakeholders informed by maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

• Handle a high volume of requisitions while balancing responsiveness, quality of placements, and a positive candidate experience.

• Prepare and present candidate summaries, recruiting activity updates, and pipeline insights to support staffing decisions.

• Support recruiting operations and process-related updates as needed, including changes tied to internal workflows or systems.

• Promote consistent staffing practices that align with business goals and corporate recruiting standards within the organization.

Other requirements for the Recruiter position include and are not limited to:

• Proven experience managing full cycle recruitment in a corporate or services environment.

• Demonstrated success sourcing candidates through multiple channels and building pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles.

• Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to manage several searches at the same time.

• Experience using an applicant tracking system to document activity, monitor workflow, and maintain data accuracy.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.

• Ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving contract assignment.

• Familiarity with high-volume recruiting practices and efficient candidate screening methods.
