CNC Programmer Opportunities – Multiple Skill Levels Needed

TOPS Staffing is currently recruiting for multiple CNC Programmer openings with a well-established precision manufacturing facility in the Irwin, PA area. This company is seeking candidates at varying experience levels, including mid-level and highly advanced CNC Programmers, to support continued growth and increased production demands.

These are full-time, long-term direct hire opportunities offering excellent pay, consistent overtime, and annual bonus potential.

• Monday through Thursday
• 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday overtime is regularly available

• $33.00 – $42.00/hour based on experience and programming ability
• Annual bonus potential of $8,000 – $10,000
• Stable workload with consistent overtime opportunities
• Full-time direct hire positions

The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs for precision machined components used in industrial manufacturing applications. Candidates should have experience working closely with machining operations, engineering teams, and production personnel to improve efficiency and maintain quality standards.

This facility utilizes Mastercam programming software and operates primarily Mazak and Doosan CNC machining centers. Candidates with hands-on experience programming and supporting these machines are highly preferred.

• Mid-Level CNC Programmers
• Advanced / Senior CNC Programmers
• Highly Skilled CNC Manufacturing Specialists

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam
• Program and support Mazak and Doosan CNC machines
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining methods
• Support setup and troubleshooting of CNC machinery
• Optimize cycle times and improve machining efficiency
• Work closely with machinists and production teams
• Ensure parts meet quality and dimensional standards
• Assist with process improvements and manufacturing support

• CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using Mastercam software
• Familiarity with Mazak and/or Doosan CNC equipment strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Strong understanding of tooling and machining practices
• Multi-axis machining experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and support production needs
