We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to join an in-person team within the real estate property and facilities management industry. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing organized, responsive support while handling daily administrative and customer-facing tasks. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with basic office software in a structured setting.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming voicemail and email inquiries promptly, providing clear and timely follow-up to customers and internal contacts.

• Prepare, format, and update routine business documents and written correspondence using Microsoft Word and related office tools.

• Enter and maintain accurate information in spreadsheets and internal records to support daily customer service and administrative operations.

• Organize and manage paper files to ensure documents are stored correctly and can be retrieved efficiently when needed.

• Create and distribute notification letters and other written communications with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

• Support front-line service operations by tracking requests, documenting interactions, and escalating issues when appropriate.

• Maintain a reliable in-office presence Monday through Friday and contribute to a steady, team-oriented work environment.

• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative support role within an office setting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, including basic data entry tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle correspondence professionally.
• Ability to manage paper-based and electronic records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on-site in New York.
• Dependable work habits and a consistent approach to completing assigned responsibilities.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment screening, with additional screening potentially required upon conversion to a permanent role.
