Construction Project Manager

YD Group is a residential architectural and construction company based in Los Angeles dedicated to delivering high-quality projects to our clients. We specialize in creating innovative architectural designs and managing construction processes. We are seeking a motivated ConstructionProject Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.

The PM must be able to successfully develop, coordinate, implement, and manage all aspects of a construction project from start to finish, to ensure it stays on time, within budget, and to the quality and regulatory standards required. The PM must also be capable of establishing and maintaining client relationships, in order to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and create opportunities for continued partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
2. Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and manage material procurement.
3. Develop construction schedules and ensure timely completion.
4. Coordinate work of contractors, subcontractors, and engineering teams.
5. Maintain construction documentation, including contracts, drawings, and permits.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
7. Prepare regular reports for management and clients.
8. Resolve issues and respond quickly to challenges on-site.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 3+ years of relevant construction experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Must have a valid drivers license, and be able to reliably commute to our office in Playa del Rey and job sites around the greater LA area.
