Pledge Financial Services is growing fast, and we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Spanish/Bilingual team player for the Assistant Store Manager positionto join our Fall River Pawnbrokers and Jewelry storeto help lead our Central Falls Location.

As the right-hand to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly, keeping customers happy, and helping your team grow.

Responsibilities:
· Lead daily store operations and keep things running smoothly
· Provide excellent service by welcoming customers, solving issues, and building trust
· Assist with inventory receiving, organizing, and keeping accurate counts
· Support and motivate team members, including coaching and training
· Uphold company policies and create a safe, professional work environment
· Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
· Take on administrative duties and jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
