WhatYou’llDo

• Assistwithresidential and light commercial HVAC installation

• Support lead installers with equipment setup, material handling, and jobsite prep

• Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

• Follow safety procedures and company installation standards
• RepresentCarolina Heatingwith professionalism and a positive attitude

WhatWe’reLooking For

• Interest in learning the HVAC trade (prior experience a plus, notrequired)

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift 50+lbs.and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and team-first mindset

• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
