We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to help lead day-to-day operations at a 300-bed regional medical center in Oxnard. This pharmacist will serve as the right hand to the Director of Pharmacy, helping keep the department running smoothly while supporting staff and addressing operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations
- Serve as the DOP's right hand in managing department workflow
- Help ensure smooth and efficient pharmacy operations
- Develop and manage employee schedules
- Address operational and staffing issues as they arise
- Support pharmacy staff and day-to-day departmental needs
- Assist with maintaining efficient inpatient pharmacy workflows
- Partner closely with the DOP on operational priorities
Requirements
- Active California Pharmacist License
- Pharmacy leadership or management experience strongly preferred
- Strong inpatient pharmacy operations background
- Experience managing pharmacy workflow and staff
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership and proactively address operational issues
- Cerner experience preferred
