Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a leading regional medical center as a Pharmacy Operations Manager, overseeing daily pharmacy operations in an inpatient setting. This role supports the Director of Pharmacy directly and ensures smooth workflow within the pharmacy department of a 300-bed facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient and safe medication delivery
• Serve as a key liaison and support to the Director of Pharmacy
• Develop and maintain employee scheduling to meet operational demands
• Proactively resolve issues as they arise to maintain workflow and staff satisfaction
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and pharmacy services

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience within a hospital pharmacy setting
• Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and regulations
• Familiarity with Cerner pharmacy systems preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
