Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing career with a company willing to train motivated individuals? We are seeking dependable Assemblers to join our production team. No prior assembly experience is required. If you have a strong work ethic, good attendance, and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you.

Shift Options1st Shift
  • Monday - Thursday
  • 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Friday overtime available based on production needs
2nd Shift
  • Monday - Thursday
  • 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
  • Friday overtime available based on production needs
Job Responsibilities

As an Assembler, you will:

  • Assemble products from start to finish following detailed work instructions.
  • Read production orders and gather required materials for assembly projects.
  • Use hand and power tools including drills, screw guns, nail guns, routers, sanders, and saws.
  • Accurately measure materials and components using a tape measure.
  • Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and report material shortages, defects, or quality concerns.
  • Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
  • Assist with additional manufacturing and assembly tasks as needed.
  • Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
QualificationsRequired
  • Ability to learn and safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or production experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
