We specialize in creating elevated balloon dcor and event installations for high-end corporate and social events throughout West Michigan. Our work takes us into professional event environments including convention centers, hotels, country clubs, corporate offices, venues, grand openings, galas, conferences, brand activations, and private events.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Event Dcor Production Assistant to join our growing balloon dcor and event production team.
This is a flexible part-time position with hours that vary based on our event schedule. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a flexible schedule and interested in increasing their hours as our business continues to grow. Availability for occasional evenings and weekends is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Inhouse event prep
- Event installations and breakdowns
- Setup balloon garlands, arches, columns, and other dcor
- Loading and unloading dcor and equipment
- Meet deadlines and arrive prepared for scheduled shifts
- Keeping the production area clean and organized
- Following detailed instructions and maintaining our quality standards
- Prepare orders for pickup
- Pull materials and supplies for upcoming events
- Inflate balloons using electric and/or manual inflators
- Vinyl Application printing and application
- Delivery
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working with their hands and being on their feet
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently
- Flexible with availability
- Comfortable lifting and moving event dcor/equipment
- Willing to learn balloon experience is not required
- Hospitality, event, creative, decorating, or production experience is a plus
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with Cricut Design Space
- Possesses a driver license
