Join the Financial Services team that assists participants, plan sponsors and brokers with account maintenance and answering general questions about planning for retirement.

About this position:

  • Start Date: October 26,2026
  • Pay Rate: $19/hr.
  • Office Hours: 8am - 8pm Mon - Fri. Candidates will be scheduled for a 38.75 work week
  • Schedules are variable and open availability between 8am - 8pm EST is required for consideration
  • Health Benefits and weekly pay
  • 5 weeks paid training (Mon-Friday 10 am -6:30 pm EST)

This role offers remote and hybrid potential.

  • Within 35 miles of our offices?Hybrid schedule with2 days/week onsiteis required. We will consider remote workers who resides outside of the 35 miles radius of Columbus OH.
  • Considering candidates who reside in EST and CST time zone only

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Answer inbound calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members. You will field complex inquiries, providing comprehensive support across the full range of product suites, including both current and legacy offerings.
  • Educate customers on crucial financial topics such as tax implications, penalties/surrender charges, death benefit protection, lifetime income, capital preservation, and plan/contract benefits.
  • Interpret and apply daily changes and enhancements to product policies ensuring all interactions and advice comply with strict FINRA, professional licensure, company, and state/local regulations.
  • Analyze complex problems to determine the proper course of action, aiming for first-time final resolution. Effectively collaborate with internal partners for escalated issues.
  • Participate in problem-solving meetings and team huddles, integrating lean methodology into daily interactions to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain meticulous records of conversations and adhere to all documentation processes to support the member-centric relationship strategy.

Education:High school diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, and Communications preferred

Experience:2 years customer service experience in banking, financial services, retail, sales and/ or hospitality experience

- A SERIES 6 LICENSE WILL EVENTUALLY BE REQUIRED
