I’m partnering with a global manufacturing company to find a finance professional ready to step into a high-impact role supporting two key plant locations. If you have a few years of finance experience and want a seat at the table with operations leadership, this is a strong next step.
This is not a back-office reporting role. You’ll be in the business, partnering with plant leaders, owning key financial processes, and helping drive real results across cost, cash, inventory, and productivity.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with site leadership to improve cost, cash, and margin performance
- Lead reporting on key plant metrics including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cash
- Analyze manufacturing cost structure, inventory, and value stream performance
- Drive excess and obsolete inventory analysis and process improvement
- Perform variance analysis across material, conversion, productivity, volume, and mix
- Support month-end close, journal entries, and reporting packages
- Help lead cross-functional operational improvement projects

What they’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in FP& A, operational finance
- Experience with cost accounting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions
- Percent of completion revenue recognition experience is a plus
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
