We're seeking an Accountant to join our collaborative accounting team. This role offers exposure to all aspects of the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. What You'll Do

In this role, you'll gain experience across a wide variety of accounting functions, including:

• Accounts payable processing, vendor management, and payment administration
• Accounts receivable activities, cash applications, and customer account support
• Account reconciliations, research, and problem resolution
• Financial reporting and project performance reporting
• Month-end and year-end close support
• Tax documentation and compliance support
• Process improvement initiatives and special projects

Who We're Looking For

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:

Experienced Professionals

• Construction accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of job costing, subcontractor processes, lien waivers, and project-based accounting
• Experience with Sage 300 CRE or similar accounting software is a plus

Emerging Accounting Professionals

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Internship, bookkeeping, or entry-level accounting experience welcomed
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and develop professionally
• Desire to build a long-term career in accounting
