Key Qualifications:
- Valid Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Previous experience in school-based OT services strongly preferred
- Ability to work with a diverse K-12 student population across a range of needs
- Strong communication skills and a team-centered approach
- Capable of maintaining thorough documentation and participating in IEP meetings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students, supporting academic achievement and functional independence
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate records, including progress notes and reports for IEPs
- Participate in evaluations, data collection, and team meetings as needed
