This role focuses on teardown, testing, troubleshooting, and assembly of boom lift equipment and related machinery. You will support multiple production departments and line assemblers by applying your advanced mechanical experience. Most work involves mechanical assembly, with some light electrical tasks such as installing wiring and electrical systems. You will contribute to building high-quality aerial work platforms, telehandlers, and lift equipment while ensuring all components function safely and reliably.

Work EnvironmentWork takes place in an open-air shop environment focused on production of lift and heavy equipment. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with candidates expected to be available for overtime as business needs arise, typically 10–12 hours per week. Overtime commonly extends the workday until 4:30 p.m., and mandatory Saturdays and/or Sundays may be required depending on production demands, usually from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You will regularly use hand tools, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, power tools, hydraulic equipment, and diagnostic devices such as multimeters and pressure testers, as well as computers, tablets, and forklifts in a busy, hands-on production setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.65/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
