General Production Worker

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

$19.50 per hour

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Cleanroom Technicians. In this role, you will support production operations, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure quality standards are met, and help keep our cleanroom facility running safely and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, production, or assembly experience who are looking for stable employment and opportunities for advancement.

• Load paper spools and prepare the wipes production area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Remove and manage trash and cardboard throughout the production floor.
• Accurately complete inventory counts, tallies, and production documentation.
• Operate RF scanners for inventory movements and barcode tracking.
• Support production lines with material requests.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any issues.
• Assist with labeling, repackaging, and warehouse functions as needed.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and product quality standards are maintained.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout requirements.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, packaging, or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete accurate documentation.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand for most of a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable wearing required PPE throughout the shift.

This position is performed in an extremely clean, controlled manufacturing environment. Required PPE includes:

• Safety glasses
• Hearing protection
• Steel-toed boots
• Full cleanroom suit
• Hair net and beard net (if applicable)

Competitive Pay: $19.50/hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Elhattan, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
