Elementary School Registered Nurse (RN) in Rohnert Park, CA

This contract opportunity offers the chance to provide comprehensive nursing support district-wide for the full 2026-27 school year, working 30 hours per week during the elementary school day. As an itinerant Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), your expertise will directly impact students, especially those requiring specialized care for diabetes and asthma, as well as medication management and administration across multiple sites.

In this role, your days will involve collaborating closely with school staff, partnering with families, and ensuring students receive safe, timely care. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing a varied caseload are key to your success. Desired Qualifications:

• Active California State LVN License
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of diabetes management in children
• Experience supporting asthma care and medication administration

• Reliable transportation for district travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care and health services to elementary students
