We're partnering with a growing technology organization in Nashville that is seeking a Hardware Engineer to support hardware testing, debugging, and product development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, collaborating across teams, and working closely with R& D and manufacturing to bring products to market.
What You'll Do
- Set up and maintain hardware testing and debug environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and support root cause analysis efforts.
- Partner with R& D, manufacturing, and vendor teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Perform signal measurements and bring-up testing.
- Utilize lab equipment including oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
- Support PCB rework, soldering, and hardware validation activities.
- Assist manufacturing teams with debugging and troubleshooting efforts.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of PC hardware architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, product development, or hardware engineering environments.
- Hands-on lab debug experience with oscilloscopes preferred.
- Circuit board design experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
