Hopdoddy Burger Bar is hiring a General Manager to lead the total restaurant operation people, product, and process. If you've earned your stripes in restaurant leadership and know what it takes to crush it daily, this is your next move.
What You'll Do
- Own P&L, labor, and cost controls for the restaurant
- Lead, coach, and develop a team from hourly staff through management
- Drive guest experience and uphold Hopdoddy's scratch-kitchen standards
- Hire, train, and build bench strength for future leaders
- Partner with Kitchen Manager and Hospitality Manager to run a tight, high-volume operation
What You Bring
- 2+ years as a GM or equivalent multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- Proven P&L and labor management skills
- High-volume, full-service or fast-casual background preferred
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A people-first leadership style with a bias for action
