Full-Time Occupational Therapist

School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Crowley Independent School District in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, onsite contract position during the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The selected OT will support students across grades K–12 based on district needs. The anticipated caseload is approximately 45–60 students, depending on service minutes and student requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
· Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
· Support students with fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and functional school-based skills
· Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
· Participate in IEP meetings and assist with developing appropriate student goals
· Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary
· Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required school records
· Follow all district, state, and professional guidelines for occupational therapy services

Experience:

· Previous school-based or pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred
· Experience supporting students across multiple grade levels is preferred
· Experience managing a diverse K–12 caseload is beneficial

Education & Licensure:

· Active Texas Occupational Therapist license required
· Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist Registered through the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners
· Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent qualifying degree required
