We are looking for an Entry Level Sales Associate who will work directly with customers in a face-paced retail environment. In this position, you will represent our client’s brand, introduce products and services, and assist customers through the enrollment and purchasing process.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their needs
- Explain products and services clearly to customers
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory to ensure product availability
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Generate regular sales reports
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or marketing preferred but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong rapport-building skills with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
