Escrow Officer

Escrow Officer First Rate Escrow, San Diego

First Rate Escrow, one of the fastest-growing independent, DFPI-licensed escrow companies in San Diego, is looking for an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team.

This role comes with your own desk and a steady pipeline of business no book of business required. Our full team of sales reps generates transactions for the entire office, which opens 100+ escrows per month, giving you an average of 15 closings per month right out of the gate.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or Junior Escrow Officer
• Ability to obtain DFPI approval
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Qualia escrow software is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary plus monthly bonuses based on gross escrow fees, averaging around $3,500/month bringing total compensation to approximately $122,000/year for the right candidate. This role is a great fit for an experienced Escrow Officer, or a Junior Escrow Officer ready to make the jump.
